DNA Phenotyping Ban

The DNA Phenotyping Ban prohibits police use of DNA phenotyping to predict what the suspect of a crime might look like, including what race they may be. It would also bar them from making arrests based on evidence that results from the practice. Any such evidence would be inadmissible in court. New York must ban this dangerous pseudoscience before it leads to wrongful arrests and convictions
